You will join and lead a niche B2B company active in industrial power transmission components, serving a diverse base of industrial customers with engineered components and technical solutions. The organisation operates with a compact, experienced team and offers clear opportunities for further commercial and operational development.

• Contribute to shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with industrial customers

• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

• Support operational improvements and organisational efficiency

• Work closely with the team on strategic and operational initiatives

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical or similar)

• 5+ years of professional experience in industrial technology or technical B2B environments

• Experience in roles such as Technical Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in an industrial technology context

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical thinking

• Fluent in Dutch and English (French or German is a plus)

• Based in the Central-East Netherlands region and willing to work primarly from the office

• A direct path toward entrepreneurship through a buy-in structure
