At Companions our common goal is to guide the growth and development of our portfolio companies. We’re currently looking for a Pricing & Operations Associate to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp.

In this key role, you will support the growth of Companions by enhancing the pricing strategies and operational efficiencies of our portfolio companies. You will focus on identifying and implementing pricing optimization opportunities while collaborating with our high-performing teams to ensure the successful transformation of our portfolio companies.

To help us succeed, your responsibilities will include

• Working closely with our Strategy & Operations Manager and our Buy-in Managers, and their respective teams, to support the transformation of our portfolio companies.
• Executing (pricing) projects that are suggested by the diverse stakeholders.
• Identifying potential for (pricing) optimization from a strategic perspective, and executing the projects.

We would love to hear from you if you…

• Hold a master's degree, preferably in (Business) Engineering, with an excellent academic track record;
• Have been successful within Pricing Consulting projects for at least three years;
• Enjoy working in an environment that is "informal, but professional";
• Are fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a plus.
