The process
- Register as a candidate by filling in the form below.
- Internal review: upon receiving your application, we conduct an internal review to determine if there is a match.
- Personal invitation to our event, called Companions Connect. In an intimate setting, you will get to know the Companions model and meet our team and Managing Partners.
- We add you in our database and keep you in the loop of target companies. Once we identify a new buy-in opportunity, we will contact you and send you a teaser. You will then have the chance to express your interest and apply. If your application is selected, a fast-paced selection process will follow, during which we will delve deeper into your leadership capabilities, industry knowledge, strategic insights and problem-solving abilities.
